To ensure your enthusiastic satisfaction with our results, our capabilities begin with a staff of Client Services Managers (CSM’s). They function as the Client’s representative in our facilities and as such are the primary Client contact with our organization ensuring that all Client concerns are promptly addressed. Along with other key team members the CSM will oversee your entire project from programming to the delivery of Data.
The Programming Team will automate your survey instrument per the specifications provided by your Client Services Manager using SPSS Quancept for the software platform. With 24 hours per day of programming capacity, turnaround time for programming is unparalleled in the industry.
With remarkable speed and efficiency they will not only program the survey and configure the sample, but also test and retest their product ensuring that specifications are met.
In the same timeframe they will configure our proprietary PROD software for your project so that Call Center Management can monitor and evaluate your project as it is executed.
Upon fielding by the Call Center, your project will be staffed with Research Assistants who have successfully completed our rigorous 3-phase hiring process and detailed Research training program. We are extremely selective in our staffing of Research Assistants to administer your project. Our staff is composed of individuals who are selected on their voice quality, reliability and objectivity.
The training process stresses quality and accuracy of information at all times. We train our research assistants to understand the reasons why we conduct research in certain ways, rather than rote training specific to the study at hand. This approach allows interviewers to perform better when the interviewing context changes.
With each study, interviewers are briefed prior to the start of dialing. During their tenure at ADG, Research Assistants are provided with ongoing training in the form of refresher courses, designed to refocus certain aspects of the position
