Arlington County Commuter Services (ACCS) Commuter Studies

American Directions was contracted by Southeastern Institute of Research to provide market research services for the Arlington County Commuter Services (ACCS). Specifically, ADG conducted several concurrent bi-lingual (English and Spanish)CATI telephone survey utilizing random digit dialing (RDD) to collect and analyze information needed to assess the performance of Arlington County Commuter Services (ACCS) and to enhance ACCS’ effectiveness in providing travel assistance services in Arlington County. The combination of all the studies resulted in an excess of 4,000 completed bi-lingual surveys.

 

District of Columbia - District Department of the Environment’s (DDOE) Baseline Survey of Low-Income District Residents’ Awareness of DDOE’s G-1 and G-2 Programs

The District Department of the Environment (DDOE) implemented several natural gas programs designed to assist low-income residents, those who are most negatively impacted by the high cost of natural gas and the most in need of aid. The DDOE was especially interested in measuring low-income District residents’ current awareness and knowledge of two specific natural gas related programs. American Directions Group was contracted to design and implement a telephone survey to determine the effectiveness and impact of the Energy Awareness Campaign. The methodology guiding this research project consists of three primary components: the survey questionnaire, sample design, data collection via CATI telephone surveys, data analysis and a final report.

 

North Carolina Department of Transportation Contract #54-DO-10624584

American Directions Group was contracted to provide market research and data collection services via Statewide CATI telephone survey to measure the attitudes and perceptions of North Carolina citizens toward bicyclists and motorists sharing the roadways. ADG took considerable steps to ensure that the client met specific methodological requirement. North Carolina’s Chief Survey Methodologist included “I have been in the survey research business for more than 22 years, and I cannot remember a project that I have worked on where I felt I was in more capable hands. The attention to detail, the sheer diligence to meet the project specs, and the true professionalism exhibited were outstanding”.

ABC Consumer Satisfaction Survey Under VCU BPA # 2251602CM-01

American Directions Group was tasked to provide data collection services via CATI Telephone survey. ADG interviewed consumers of Virginia ABC stores on their satisfaction of the quality of services provided by the store licensees.

 

 

Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) – Blanket Purchase Agreement to Provide Telephone Survey Research Services to the Survey and Evaluation Research Laboratory (SERL)

 

American Directions Group was selected to provide all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, supplies and incidentals necessary to perform scientific social science telephone survey research services for the following types of survey projects/subject matter/target groups/ programming to include but not be limited to: Bi-lingual (Spanish) Survey Projects – national, state, and metro area, public opinion polls; Community Health Surveys; Consumer Satisfaction Surveys; and Awareness Surveys.

 

 

Centers for Medicare Medicaid Services (CMS) Contract CMS-05-008 National Medicare and You Education Program

 

American Directions Group served as a subcontractor to Abt Associates and provided data collection services via a CATI telephone survey with businesses nationwide to evaluate the effectiveness of the National Medicare and You Education Program.
